Work methodology

This is a summary of the work steps,
when you contact us we will send you a PDF
with our working procedure and our terms and conditions.

STEP 1: Client's needs, delivery time, total amount, contract signature and 50% initial payment.
The client must clarify what rendering service is required and the quantity/duration, and send us the documentation/plans of the project. We will agree on the deadline, the total amount, digitally sign the contract, the client will pay the initial 50% and we will start the service.
STEP 2: 3D modeling and scene setup.
On the agreed date we will send the clay renders to the client in order to see the volume of the project, confirm the camera location and scene composition. The client will receive the link to the Miro board, and in case of modifications, comments will be made on the Miro board.
*If the 3D modeling is modified regarding the initial request, there will be additional fees.*
STEP 3: First rendering session.
The client will pay the remaining 50% of the work and we will send the color renders in high quality 4K on the scheduled date. In this step, the client should make all comments he/she deems necessary on the Miro board, mainly about materials and lighting.
*The client must pay the remaining 50% to receive the renderings*.
STEP 4: First customer feedback.
Inside the Miro dashboard, the client will add comments on the rendered images, draw on them and add inspirational images if needed. The materials and/or colors can be modified, as well as adding or removing some small elements that composes the scene. We will agree on a new deadline for the updated renderings.
STEP 5: Second rendering session.
The second version of the renderings is sent to the client with the modifications requested in the previous step. High quality 4K images.
STEP 6: Second customer feedback.
Modifications are made according to the clarifications in step 4. Any modification to be made after this step will be charged separately. The purpose of implementing this surcharge method is to guarantee the accuracy of information flow and encourage careful consideration of requested changes before they are made. We will agree on a new deadline for the updated renderings.
STEP 7: Final rendering session.
We send the final renderings to the client. If there are no modifications, we will consider the service completed. Renderings will also be uploaded to the Miro dashboard. Any surcharge for modification or extra request from the customer will be charged at this step.

3DALE offers a range of static architectural renders, including interior and exterior views, axonometrics, and humanized floor plans. We also provide virtual tours with 360ยบ renders suitable for VR headsets, and rendered videos.

Our services cater to various scales and settings, from cozy cabins in the forest to large urban buildings, as well as residential complexes away from city centers.

We specialize in diverse architectural typologies, encompassing everything from single-family homes to cultural, commercial, and office buildings.

To initiate our services, clients are required to send us the Google Maps address and project documentation via email. We prefer receiving this documentation in DWG or PDF format, and it should include floor plans, elevations, sections, and a site plan.
Additionally, clients should specify the type of service needed, along with the quantity and duration. For example, you might say, ‘I need 5 exterior renderings, 3 interior renderings, and a humanized floor plan.’ If clients have specific camera locations in mind for the renderings, this information would be valuable for us.
It is also important to detail the materials and objects to be used in the project, particularly those that will be visible in the renderings.
Lastly, if the client has an existing 3D model, we can utilize it as a reference to create our own 3D model.

Our pricing is tailored to the specific needs of each client.
At 3DALE, static images are charged per individual rendered image, with a price reduction starting from the fourth render onwards. Virtual tours are priced based on the number of 360ยบ images comprising the tour. As for rendered videos, prices vary depending on the number of scenes, editing, and video duration.
Price variations may also occur depending on the scale or complexity of the project.
To provide you with an accurate quote, please contact us to discuss the details of your project. We will then create a specific timeframe and budget for your needs.

Every project is unique, and as such, timeframes are tailored to the complexity and scale of each specific job. Typically, the minimum duration for clients to receive rendered images is 10 working days. We will provide a detailed schedule once we discuss your project requirements.
Should you have a tight deadline, we offer expedited services at an additional cost.

Payment can be made in DKK, EUR, or USD depending on the client’s location, as we have bank
accounts in Denmark, Ireland, and the United States. We accept bank transfers, USDT transfers,
Mobile Pay transfers, and credit/debit card payments via Stripe, Paypal, or Payoneer.

Of course. Please make sure to include a contact number when you send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
